CONGRATULATIONS! Both on the 13 pounds and on the Engagement! I just KNEW this was gonna happen! We're so happy for you all, and yet sad for us that we'll be so far away! Be sure to enjoy every moment of this time, from the dress shopping to the cake choosing!
Favorite low cal recipe = take boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), dip them in orange juice. Spice them with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc. Roll them in corn flakes and bake at 350 for about an hour. Really nice served with brown basmati rice or a salad.
Favorite low cal snack = frozen veggies right out of the freezer! (especially nice when it's crazy hot out. oh wait...we're crazy hot. you're still in winter. oops! :)
