i was enjoying my evening snack . . . a bowl of fat free vanilla cherry yogurt from dairyland. it really was delicious and it made me think of how much i really love yogurt. i love the kind that you have to stir with all the fruit stuff at the bottom, i like the creamy ones, i like that there are so many fat free selections, i like the little cups and the big tubs - there is so much to love about yogurt. you can also mix a big flavoured one with a plain one and get more of the good culture that comes in the plain - your kids wont know the difference.
there are so many good flavours out there so i thought i should share my top 3 . . . let me know yours . . .
1. Key Lime (the kids favorite too)
2. Cherry Vanilla (lucie introduced me to this delight)
3. Raspberry (fruit on the bottom)
YUMMY!

#1 all the way ! Plain is my favorite.
Add finely sliced tomato & onion or grated carrot & chopped cucumber or all of them plus a dash of salt. This is called Riata and is very yummy served over curry,it also helps to cool it down.
You talk about being in a blogging lull.... well I'm in a yogurt lull... don't even want it in my home.
